At Care&Case, every item is made to order — meaning it is uniquely produced for you once your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and create products with care, but it also means that:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or a change of mind.

Damaged Items or Manufacturing Errors

If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer either:

  • A free replacement product, or

  • A full refund

To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@careandcase.com and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo showing the issue

There is no need to return the damaged item.
